Terry Milne

Terry Milne was born in South Africa and studied both Fine Art and Illustration before moving to Oxford, England, where she now lives with her family. She has illustrated books by authors such as Penelope Lively, Martin Waddell and Jenny Nimmo. Charlie Star is her first self-authored title.
